1. Overview

Mr Used operates a B2B marketplace connecting verified suppliers and buyers of circular consumer electronics. While Mr Used does not take ownership of goods traded on the platform, we provide physical verification and grading through our inspection hubs.

This Return Policy explains how returns and disputes are handled for transactions conducted through the Mr Used marketplace.


2. Verification Process

Before shipment to the buyer, devices are physically inspected and graded in one of our verification hubs located in:

  • The Netherlands

  • The United Arab Emirates

The inspection includes checks for:

  • Device functionality

  • Cosmetic condition

  • IMEI / serial number validation

  • Authenticity

  • Battery health (where applicable)

Only devices that pass verification are shipped to the buyer.


3. Eligible Returns

A return may be requested if:

  • The device received does not match the confirmed grading

  • The device has a functional defect not identified during verification

  • The device received differs from the agreed product specification

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Cosmetic expectations that fall within the agreed grading category

  • Buyer remorse or change of mind

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Devices altered or repaired by the buyer

  • Claims submitted after the return window


5. Return Request Procedure

To request a return, the buyer must:

  1. Contact Mr Used through the platform or via email.

  2. Provide the order number and device details.

  3. Provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.

Mr Used will review the request and determine whether the claim is valid under the platform grading standards.


6. Return Approval

If a return request is approved:

  • Mr Used will provide return instructions.

  • The device must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Once received and inspected, the appropriate resolution will be issued.


7. Refunds

Depending on the situation, the resolution may include:

  • Replacement device (if available)

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Refunds are processed after the returned device has been inspected and confirmed.


8. Responsibility of Buyers

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting devices immediately upon delivery

  • Reporting issues within the return window

  • Returning products safely and securely when instructed


9. Platform Role

Mr Used facilitates transactions between suppliers and buyers and provides verification and grading services. While we aim to ensure accuracy and fairness, certain resolutions may involve coordination with the original supplier.
