Mr Used operates a B2B marketplace for circular consumer electronics, connecting suppliers and buyers worldwide.
The platform enables direct transactions between suppliers and buyers while providing services including:

Transaction facilitation
Device verification and grading
Logistics coordination
Supplier payout processing
Mr Used does not take ownership of goods listed or traded on the platform.
3. User Accounts
Users must create an account to access the marketplace.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Maintain account security
Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
Mr Used reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Supplier Terms
Suppliers listing products on the platform agree to the following conditions.
Product Ownership
Suppliers must have legal ownership of all goods offered for sale and confirm that devices are not stolen, blocked, or subject to financial claims.
Accurate Listings
Suppliers must provide accurate information including:
Product model
Quantity
Grading condition
Device specifications
Shipment to Verification Hub
Once a transaction is confirmed, suppliers must ship the goods to the designated Mr Used verification hub.
Verification hubs are currently located in:

Device Condition
Devices must match the grading and specifications agreed in the transaction.
Devices that fail verification may:
Be returned to the supplier
Be renegotiated
Be rejected from the platform
Supplier Payout
After successful verification, supplier payout is processed within 24 hours.
5. Buyer Terms
Buyers using the platform agree to the following responsibilities.
Payment
Buyers must complete payment through the platform for confirmed transactions before goods proceed to verification.
Delivery Information
Buyers must provide accurate shipping and contact information.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Buyers must inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt.
Any issues must be reported within the dispute window specified in the Return Policy.
Marketplace Conduct
Buyers agree not to attempt to bypass the platform in order to avoid transaction fees or platform protections.
6. Verification and Grading
All devices traded through the platform may be inspected at Mr Used verification hubs.
Inspection may include:

Cosmetic grading
IMEI or serial verification
Authenticity checks
Battery health testing
Only devices that pass verification will be shipped to the buyer.
7. Payments and Transactions
Mr Used facilitates transactions between buyers and suppliers.
Buyer funds may be temporarily held during the verification process to ensure transaction security.
Supplier payout is released after successful verification.
8. Returns and Disputes
Returns and disputes are governed by the Return Policy published on the website.
Mr Used may review disputes and determine appropriate resolutions based on:

9. Platform Fees
Mr Used may charge service or transaction fees for marketplace use.
Applicable fees will be clearly communicated before completing transactions.
10. Prohibited Activities

Engage in fraudulent activity
Circumvent the platform to avoid fees

11. Limitation of Liability
Mr Used acts as a marketplace facilitator and verification service provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Used shall not be liable for:

12. Intellectual Property
All content, technology and branding related to the Mr Used platform remain the property of Mr Used.
